Carlson’s Floors completed a project at The Regency at Bowes Creek in Elgin, IL. The scope of work included 2,200 square feet of floor leveling over existing tile, followed by the installation of 2,200 square feet of luxury vinyl plank (LVP). The team also installed 1,000 square feet of 24" x 24" carpet tiles and 1,000 square feet of broadloom carpet. In addition, two bathrooms were updated with large-format wall tile, measuring 24" x 48", adding a sleek and modern finish to the space.
