Carlson’s Floors completed an extensive commercial flooring project for McGrath Kia, transforming multiple areas of the facility. The installation included 4,500 square feet of carpet tile throughout the offices and training rooms. A total of 26,000 square feet of tile was installed across both floors and walls, featuring 8" x 48" and 32" x 32" tiles on the floors and 4" x 12" tiles on the walls. Key spaces such as the showroom, service drive, vehicle delivery areas, restrooms, locker rooms, and a staircase were all expertly tiled to create a cohesive and durable design throughout the dealership.
