It’s 4 weeks today since we moved in! Yeah! And we absolutely love it. We think the floors and tile are just beautiful. And the carpet feels so good! Setting the standard for excellence

Twenty-two years ago…still feel the same way

Twenty-two years ago, may husband and I had the pleasure of working with your parents when we built our new home in Batavia. I remember we said that the “flooring” people were the nicest and easiest people to work with. I’m happy to report that I still feel the same way. Some of the best installers I’ve ever seen

As a residential remodeller for 12 years, I’ve seen many floor installations. I would be remiss if I didn’t tell you that the
installers at the…job in Aurora were some of the best I’ve ever seen. As the general, working with the designer, their attention to detail helped make the job a success.

The installers did an exceptional job and were quite efficient. Because of the lateness of the hour for completion (10:00 pm) Dave Rogers and I replaced all the furniture as well as assisting in moving items before the installation. Steve, the floor “guru” was great! What a patient man as we tried to take the red out of a red oak floor!! We love the color he chose – I wish you would share with him our pleasure in his work.

Jim also is to be commended – changes in scheduling were handled with ease, as well as correcting a couple minor problems.

Appreciate the fine job

Attention to detail and craftsmanship…

I want to take a few moments to let you know how very pleased we are with Carlson’s Floors’ outstanding work on our recently completed job to install a new porcelain tile floor in our kitchen, dinette, and utility rooms.

With the expert guidance of Barb Aceto we chose the perfect tile and pattern for our rooms. Mike and Willie performed the demolition work and appliance relocation and reinstallation with care and a minimum of dust and fuss. Chris, Dave and Fabian carried out the installation with an attention to detail and craftsmanship that is exceedingly rare. All aspects of the job were completed to a standard that, quite frankly, exceeded our expectations. And everyone we encountered was very responsive to our needs as customers.

The result is just what we wanted, a beautiful and substantial improvement to our home. In the future we will continue to look to Carlson’s Floors for all of our flooring and tile needs.

Professional and helpful attitude

We just wanted to thank you for the extra effort you put into finding the tiles we wanted for our bathroom. It looks great!! Keep up the good work

When we purchased our first St. Charles home in 1977 we changed the gold shag carpeting to Celadon Green. (It went with the sofa!) We experienced a very heavy thunderstorm soon after the installation. The downspout near the master bath and bedroom malfunctioned leaving a sopping wet corner. I reached for a phone book & called you for help. You came out right away and pulled the carpeting back & padding – dried it all – and re-installed it. And it wasn’t even your carpeting. You charged me only $25.00.

The next time we re-carpeted we chose your firm both the main floor and later the basement. Later I felt I could afford the no-wax Armstrong sheet goods and your firm did a super job.

Next we lived in Geneva in a townhome for 14 yrs. This fall of ’04 we moved back to St. Charles and your firm just gave me a beautiful Wilsonart kitchen floor in June. So – I guess it paid to be accommodating to a small problem back in 1977. Keep up the good work.
