We take the time to explain the pros and cons of different materials. For example, the type of fiber used in a carpet will in large part determine both cost and performance. When initially installed two different fabrics may look very much alike. A year or two years later, however, the differences can be astounding. Often customers are not told these differences upfront. Then, a little way down the road, their “bargain” doesn’t look so great anymore. We will cut it straight with regard to setting realistic expectations.
